Nice, I like it.
The only thing what I don't like is the Font. It's not so good readable. But beside that, good Sig.

I rate it with below 7/10 so I can give some feedback lol:

The lighting is bad (orange lights on left and right arm).
Typo is hard to read.

At least it's not this black guy on a background only. Some shapes overlay him ... which is nicely done but doesn't fit the background ...

The composition isn't quite so good all in all.
